| Description | The aim of the interactive lecture, delivered as part of an adaptation course for students of auxiliary sciences of history and archival science, was to introduce the audience to the agenda of Brno's legal sentences in the two oldest surviving municipal books of Uherské Hradiště, Liber negotiorum civitatis Hradisch and Liber informationum et sentantiarum. Using the example of the analysis of some sentences, it was pointed out not only the mutual links between this agenda and the Brno legal manuscripts, but also the potential sources of these sentences, which included, among others, medieval legistic literature. |
