| Description | The Department of Music at the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, organized on the 17-18th October 2023 its 31st music-educational conference "Musica viva in schola" with international participation. Primarily, the results of research of academic staff and doctoral students were presented, and to a lesser extent, results of technological research and development in the field of music software. The topic was "Traditions and innovations in music education". The recommended thematic areas that were reflected in the conference sections were: A) Musical Folklore Heritage as an Integral Part of Music Education, B) Integrative Music Education as a Starting Point for Educational Practice, C) Music-didactic Approaches to Support Children's Creativity, D) Modern Technologies in Music Education. The conference included a sub-section in English. |
