Description | A simple man Jan Eskymo Wezl from small Moravian village of Zábřeh has become a world legend of the literature. How that happened? Surely thanks to his adventures to the cruel, unexplored North. But even more thanks to his connections with legends of Czech journalism and literature in the years after WW I. ended: Rudolf Těsnohlídek, Edvard Valenta and Bedřich Golombek. All of them were writers and journalists for back then legendary “Lidové noviny”, and all of them helped the hero to come to life – each of them in their unique way, leaving their fingerprints on his story. The example extraordinary cooperation that deserves to be searched and remembered. |
