| Description | The set of specialized maps with specialized content "Housing situation of FA Kudlov employees in 1946, 1954 and 1969" was created as an output of the project "Relational database, map projections and data visualization for the purposes of promotion, education and support of tourism - implementation on the example of Zlín film culture". It maps the housing conditions of FA Kudlov employees in three time-slices and shows the correlation between the housing conditions on the one hand and the type of employment, year of birth or gender of the employees on the other. Source data for for the production of the map visualizations vary in type and origin. Information on the first residents of the Kolonka district for 1946 comes mainly from oral history sources, specifically from interviews with former workers and residents of Kudlov. Documents for the survey of the housing needs of FA Kudlov employees in 1954, which formed the basic source for the creation of this time slice, are deposited at the National Archives. The main source of data for visualizing the situation in 1969 was the 1969 electoral roll of Kolonka residents, which was provided to our research from the private archives of the Novotny family. |
