| Description | In this webinar, we presented not only current scientific findings about the forms, determinants and effects of hope in clinical context, but we also focused on practical recommendations and strategies for strengthening hope in patients in palliative care and in health professionals. Specific strategies and programs have been presented that can help decrease the levels of anxiety and hopelessness and contribute to the fulfillment of the last hope - the hope of a good quality of life until the end. |
