| Description | The purpose of this paper is to analyse illegal employment with an emphasis on the media sector. The author first defines the general features of depen- dent work and the way of employment under an employment contract as opposed to working under an illegal employment regime using other types of contracts. The author will attempt to summarise the reasons for the use of illegal work, particularly from a financial perspective. He will then conclude by suggesting ways of combating this phenomenon and why it is currently not happening. |
