| Description | The article is devoted to the alleged raid on Jihlava in 1432. The raid was first mentioned in 1821 by J. E. Horký. However, Horký´s interpretation was not based on any today unknown source, but rather misinterpreted the record from the so-called Outlaw Records of Jihlava (in Czech Popravčí a psanecké zápisy jihlavské). The mentioned record does not inform about the raid of the town, but only about the robbery and capture of several Jihlava townspeople, which apparently only happened in the 40s of the 15th century. |
