| Description | As part of the requested lecture, I am only on the definition of the regulatory framework of the area of financial stability in EU law. I covered three basic areas, i.e. the area of regulation and supervision, the area of fiscal (financial assistance funds) and the area of non-standard instruments of monetary policy. |
