Coactivation pattern analysis in prodromal dementia with Lewy bodies and amnestic mild cognitive impairment

Description	In this work, we analysed dynamic functional connectivity in resting state fMRI data of 116 subjects (55 HC - healthy controls, 33 aMCI -amnestic mild cognitive impairment and 23 MCI-LB - prodromal stage of dementia with Lewy bodies). We used coactivation pattern analysis and we were able to detect statistically significant changes in dynamic parameters in two out of 7 identified patterns. Differences were observed in comparison MCI-LB vs aMCI and MCI-LB vs HC.
