| Description | In this lecture I will interpret several examples from the works of Czech poets in which the verses do not "only" tend to the artistic representation of nature or the natural motifs (landscape, earth, climate, weather, etc.) nor to the expression of some analogy (metaphor, etc.), but lead the reader to the philosophical reflection of nature as such. I will concentrate on Night with Hamlet by Vladimír Holan. |
