Description | This paper tackles Riccoldo’s experience with converting non-Christians and non-Catholics to the Christian faith as expressed by the Western Church. The paper analyses a particular Riccoldo’s statement with respect to his broader experience as reflected in his works, and also compares it with the records of other Mendicant friars operating in Asia through the 13th and 14th centuries. |
