Description | Glioblastoma IDH-wildtype is the most aggressive and lethal form of brain tumor characterized by significant heterogeneity and a poor prognosis. To advance treatment strategies, better models that replicate the in vivo behavior of glioblastoma cells are essential. Such an in vitro model can then be used to study mechanisms of therapeutic resistance and screening of new drugs against glioblastoma multiforme. |
