Description In the introductory study of the Bulgarian edition of Frank Wollman's book Bulgarian Drama (1928), the authors analyze the personality and methodology of the prominent Czech Slavist and comparative scholar, the founder of Brno's literary Slavonic studies and the creator of the concept of the whole of Slavonic literatures. They particularly emphasize his eidology, methodological proximity to Czech structuralism, and overall morphological concept of the history and theory of Slavic literatures, as well as pioneering analyses of South Slavonic drama, to which Bulgarian Drama belongs.
