| Description | Series of six "double lectures" (4x 45 minutes) realized in spring semester 2023/2024 for U3V of Palacký University in Olomouc. The aim of the lectures is to give the audience a picture of the development of European art history sensu largo, i.e. across artistic types. General explanations are accompanied by "focusing" on specific musical, literary and artistic artefacts. The individual lectures have the following titles and thematic focus: 1. Antiquity and its Renaissance: the Myth of Eternal Return; 2. Pérrola Barroca: Symbol, Fold, Allegory; 3. Stilus Classicus: Variation or Rondo?; 4. Die Romantik: the Individual and the World; 5.
