| Description | This article discusses inequalities in distribution of power in society and problems of exclusion in society. We can distinguish political exclusion, exclusion from the labour market and social exclusion. New strategies (decentralization, activation, participation, selfhelp and empowerment) are instruments of integration into society and help to increase the life-quality of integrated majority of population. |
