Description | Hessen Sergius was the most versatile, along with N. Losskii Russian philosopher of the 20th century, but unlike him wholly associated with west European thought. Hessen was involved in, generally, social philosophy, the philosophy of law and politics, on the fusion of which he constructed his ontology. Hessen worked also on a theory of cultural values. |
