Description | The various types of decompositions for the determination of copper by atomic absorption spectrometry in animal liver samples were compared. Dry ashing in quartz microcrucible was proposed for animal liver samples and applied to human liver biopsy samples. The determination of hepatic copper can be selectively utilized in the diagnosis of Wilson`s disease. |
