Description Adenosine A2 receptor knock-out mice are more agressive. In the present study caffeine, the selective antagonist at A2A receptors increased occurence of aggressive acts in male mice, while agonist of A1/A2A receptors CGS 21680 their aggressivity inhibited. The results confirm a suggestion that A2 receptors are involved in regulation of behaviour.
