Description The study show opposite effects of A2 receptor agonits (CGS21680) and antagonist (caffeine) on agonistic behaviour in mice while analysing changes of sociable, defensive-escape, aggressive and locomotor behavioural categories. The results confirmed a neuromodulatory role oof this receptor in regulation of social behaviour.
