Description	The paper deals with the incidence of sexual dysfunction within the group of 30 patients on a long-term treatment with paroxetine in coherence with the activity of P 450 CYP 2D6.The stattistic comparison revealed significantly increased occurence of sexual dysfunction in patients with reduced CYP 2D6 metabolic capacity.
