Description Since the Opinion of the European Commission expressed in Regular Report, the Czech Republic has made good progress in formulating SME policy and in developing support programmes. Its policy towards SMEs is generally in line with the approach promoted at EU level. Czech SMEs will be highly exposed to changes in legal framework, competitive changes and challenges. The implementation of acquis will require large investments in nearly all areas. These companies can on the other hand use their flexibility and adaptability for further growth and successfulness.
