Description The study investigated the effect of selective 5-HT1A receptor ligand agonist on paired social interactions in singly-housed male mice with non-aggressive group-housed partners which is known as a model of agonistic behaviour. From our results, there is the evidence that selective agonistic manipulation with 5-HT1A receptor subtype possesses marked antiaggressive and less pronounced anxiolytic activity.
