| Description | The article is devoted to the question: "If the quality of social work services is hampered by high level of demand, is it possible to imporove it simply by hiring additional workes?" To answer this qustion, arguments by Lipsky and Goffman on the ways of coping with the dilemma bettwenn high demand and the responsiveness of social servicis by public workers are examined. The concept of "culture of tackling numerous cientele" is developed. |
