Description | The knowledge acguired from the sphere of psychology has many possibilities of practical application in the process of human resource management. This article strives to throw some light on the issue of peronnel management, personnel planning and securing human resources in an organisation in the context of the possibility of using universal (theoretical) psychological background, aiming extedning the knowledge acquired from these perspective disciplines and to arouse interest of psychologists in such a professional orientation as psychology of work, organisation and management. |
