| Description | In connection with the reform of public services and the problem of capacity of municipal debts a greater attention is paid to the structure of revenue of municipalities` budegt. The article is concerning analysing the structure of revenue of public budgets in the years 1997 - 2000. It places the great emphasis on the analyses of structure and differences in the field of non-taxis revenues. The non-taxes revenues represent one kind of revenues the rate of which the municipalities are able to influence by their own activity, that is the reason why such the attention is paid to them. |
