Description Similarly to the European market economies, labor market policy became an integral part of economic and social policy within the Czech Republic. The government tries to solve incidences of labor market failures, which are evoked by the fluctuation of the business cycle, state interventions, labor unions activities and other features. Main problems which can predetermine effectiveness of the labor market policy are the fixing of a fair amount of public expenditures for its implementation, regulating specific programs and the formation of appropriate institutional structure between the public and private sector. Searching for the answers to these questions is very important for the elimination of unemployment within problematic groups. Last but not least, these listed assumptions are used to influence the character of labor market policy results in accordance with real fulfillment of defined objects.
