| Description | Comorbide psychiatric disorders are present in one thord of epilectics, included spression, dissociative disorders, aggressivity, dementia, persönality disorders and psychoses. On epileptogenic activity of antipsychotics participates their antidopaminergic properties. In combination of antipsychotics and antiepileptics it exist the danger of the pharmacokinetic interaction. That is th ereason to monitore their plasma levels. |
