Description This article discussed the development of the Horákov celture during the 6th century B. C. with regard to the late Hallstatt rich graves, which first occur at the begining of Ha D2 phase (araund the middle of the 6th century, or the 7a phase according to Parzinger). The chronology of the graves has been resarsched with varible results - the latest conception made in 1992 suggest, that these graves do not even have currencly beyond the phase Ha D1. Pottery from burials of the late Horákov celture corresponds chronologically with pottery fins from the Býčí skála cave, and clearly shows, that this ceramics inventory is quite homogeneous. Analysis of the pottery apears to be the key for dating the cave deposit and its final interpretation. The autor suggest that most probably it was a higher social order, represented by the rich grave deposits of the late Horakov culture, who gathered and deposited the Býčí skála cave assemblage at some time during the penetration of the Vekerzug celture into Southern Moravia.
