| Description | The article focuses on legal regulation of local authorities' property in the Czech Republic. I describes the history after 1989 and key problems like not integrated and inadequate logical cohesion of the regulation and problematic legal status of contributory organisations founded by local authorities. The article deals with possible and desirable legal changes in that area, too. For example it contains proposal for the system of local authorities' property act and a draft of new "public legal entities". |
