Description | In the years 2000-2002 was done a pilot cohort study among 300 pupils from 10 elementary schools. Children were observed from 7th to 9th class. The whole project was divided in 3 parts: first about all informations about habit-forming substantions, their risk, abuse and dependency, used peer-elemets of work. Second part was addressed to advertising, assertiveness, methods of rejection, third part was dedicated to specific primary prevention and drug scene in the Czech Republic, it summarized attitudes and skills, that could be acquired. In first 2 year of project running were observed statistically significant differences between children from control group and intervention group. The project is a determinate preventive tool, that can decelerate and delay intensity of social pathologies. |
