| Description | Genotypic techniques of genus and species specific PCR, ARDRA using two PCR amplicons and six restriction enzymes and RAPD-PCR using seven random primers were applied for typing of Bifidobacterium strains collected in CCDM (Tábor, ČR). The techniques used enabled genus, species and strains differentiation of the isolates, respectively and provided congruent results. |
