Description Author states, that except of others the countryside landscape establishes the historical and cultural substance of the national identity, and endeavors to delimitate, what are the issues principal for historical substance of Czech and Moravian countryside landscape. As a mainstay it determines the delimitation of municipal cadastres, which were definitely assigned in Czech provinces during so called great colonization, taking place at the turn point of 12th century and during the 13th century, it highlights the invention of medieval locators, progenitors of municipalities, who established new countryside landscape thru delimitation of cadastres. Paper draws attention to modifications in cadastres, which took place during last centuries, and especially describes dramatic and irreversible countryside landscape metamorphoses and so called agricultural intensification, taking place in 70th and 80th of the last century.
