Description Economical methods as an illusory-exact tools. Quantifiation is possible and useful by solving of exactly stuctrized question, hardly by more complexe issues. Competition as a basic principle is not to be replaced by purely economic calculus. Competiton enhances efficiency i.a. via a sofisticated regulation tehereof.
