| Description | The contribution deals with a contradiction between a former international treaty and a later framework decision on the same subject and binding same parties. Especially in the internal law there are problems due to the fact that an international treaty formally has the priority over laws implementing a framework decision. The problem is being resolved on the basis of internal law and international law as well. |
