| Description | The article deals with impulses in the ruling of the Constitutional Court Nr 140/2005 Col. of Laws. Insufficiencies of the Czech election law according the Court consist in: a) legal regulation of electoral campaign, b) checking on running of election, c) expeditious proceeding in electoral cases, d) legal regulation of special electoral offences, e) clarification of the nature of certification of election of a Deputy or a Senator in relation to judicial review of validity of election, f) simplification of the system of organs deciding the question of validity definitely, g) delimitation of reasons for quashing the result of election. |
