Description	The paper provides the review of the dialectical-structural conception of being of Slovak philosopher Igor Hrušovský (1907-1978). The paper also offers more detailet analysis of ontological categories of being, structure and dialectical motion (development) of reality. In addition to critical assessment of Hrušovský s ontology a brief account of evolutionary-ontological approach to some issues is also provided.
