| Description | Althought we evaluate the part of the Commercial Code which regulates business obligations positively, there are duplications and problems which are solved with interpretation in compliance with the extending number of international treaties and the developing EC law. The use of commercial terms, business customs and additional clauses is extending at the expence of regulations. We think this is correct. |
