| Description | This contribution explains first of all key words and than analysis - selective - Draft of penal code 2006 - 2007 as a source of the "czech penal law european". Text follows concrete consequnces of europeisation on the backround of some principles and institutes of the general and special part of this draft and offers some working hypothesis for next considerations in this course. |
