| Description | It is strongly necessary in current information society to get valid information in-time to right places by the emergency and it is important their best interpretation and usage. Geographical data (geodata, spacedata) enable this needs realize with their characters and that is way they are mostly used on solution of these situations. The paper is engaged in transmissions possibilities of geographical information mainly with the wirreless technology (Wi-fi, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, CDMA, HSDPA, bluetooth, Wimax) and shows the range and sphere of usage on the practical testing. There is also the part including evaluation and potencial setting of individual technology for specific cases.
