| Description | The contribution refers to the problem on combating terrorism from point of view of the czech criminal law, both de lege lata and de lege ferenda. It explains main concepts (see key words). It describes lawful regulations of the crimes terror-attack - the result of implementation to the Council Framevork. Is given a short comparative analysis with slovak criminal legislation against terrorism. This contribution warn about danger so-called fragmentary approach, which can mean unefficient combating terrorism. |
