| Description | This paper investigates problems about strategic real options and their utilization by the company's expand to the foreign markets through subsidiaries or joint-ventures. There is shown the opportunity to build a portfolio of subsidiaries to get the higher efficiency and reduce the uncertainty as well. The aim of this paper is, in comparison with mathematical point of view, in introduction of research of the whole mechanism and context, which build or reduce the strategic real options. |
