Description	The study deals with topical problems regardign denying of paternities in the light of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in the matters of balancing biolgicla, social and legal parentage. It deals critically with the praxis inspired by Act on the Famíly from the 60 s and the draft of a new Civil Code in the Czech Republic.
