| Description | Presentation on the topic "Towards some legal aspects of substitutional family care: so called foster care by relatives" was presented at the seminar devoted to topical aspects of substitutional family care guaranted by the Pubiblic rights defender (ombudsman). The author was inspired by her previous expert theses on this topic ordered by the organisators. She dealt criticaly by so called likvidation of foster care by communist law maker after 1948 during and by the need of knew interpretation in the lights of human rights of articles regulating foster care in the Act on the family after 1999. |
