| Description | The main goal of this paper is the evaluation the social policies in the Czech, Slovak, Poland and Hungary republic on the basic of the select important characteristics and definitions and the evaluation of their influence on the long term economic growth and making their reciprocal comparison. The starting point for achieving this goal is the characterization of social policies on the basis of theoretic analysis of redistribution processes in historical context (through defining the social situations in which the state participates on redistribution of financial resources). These theoretical findings are further used for an analysis of redistribution flows on specific statistic data of the select countries. We monitor the influence of social policies on the competitive advantage of the economies in the select countries through the connecting link (the volume of working force). |
