Description | During his studies the former teacher comes into contact with theory and forms intuitive conception of teaching, which is step by step crystallized. After graduation teachers conception in teaching changes due to practice and experiences. When the elementary change take place some teachers remain at the discovered conception and they only try to conduct and refine it. They can also reach a stage when there is no motivation to modify anything or a conception that they consider optimal in their own eyes. |
