Description	The authors of this article point in the direction of the basic aspects of the First Amendment of American Constitution and analyze its incorporation doctrine that is being by them criticized. They also investigate the development of the limitation doctrines of fundamental rights and freedoms, such as a freedom of speech and analyze the impact of the First Amendment on symbolic speech,notably flag burning.
