| Description | The contribution was presented at the Prague forum devoted to recodification of Czech Civil Code as a basic source of Czech private law. Family law norms are to be included into new Civil code. That is why there is a big discussion on this issue. Due to communist ideology the family law in the Czech republic was treated as an independent branch of law. The contribution deals with the place of family law in the legal order and new Civil Code and with some special issues, terminology etc. |
