| Description | Criticism of traditional division of law into private law and public law areas. Dualistic concept of law does not mirror its substance. It can only give an orientation about what relatively separable part of the whole legal system we are dealing with. This division can even make difficult the understanding of the substance of legal issues that are - as a rule - neither constituted nor working in practice according this kind of division.
