| Description | The text deals with the changes of the actors of the musical culture in the past century. It contrast the traditional bourgeois type with the post-modern global villager, who has a rather broad spectrum of rather superficial musical preferences. The essay is based on the data from two empirical surveys of the musical preferences of the Czech population conducted on representative samples in 2001 and 2005. |
