| Description | The article gives a brief view about the age limits of criminal liability in the European context, while the examined issue is divided accoring to particular models of youth treatment. The author attends in detail to the question of criminal liablility of juveniles in the Czech Republic and Austria. She does a historical excursus related to the question of lowering the age limit of criminal liability in the Czech republic. Statistical data are also supplemented. |
